Your potential is not #static, it was designed to grow. But for you to grow, you must be willing to sacrifice. Nobody has ever moved up without giving up something. What are you willing to give up to move up?

This time round you might need to make difficult decisions which might lead you to difficult personal changes to help you realize your potential. When one is willing to change, change is always #possible. When one refuses to change, the tragedy of death on his or her potential is guaranteed.

Remember: To move up, you need to give up. Change begins with you, and when that happens you will realize the profit which comes with it.
